After giving birth to her second child, Saint West, Kardashian had to undergo surgery to remove her placenta after she was diagnosed with Placenta Accreta. The doctors then advised her not to become pregnant again. Since Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wanted to expand their family, they opted for surrogacy. After spending months finding a surrogate, Kim and Kanye finally found the perfect candidate in 2017. In an episode of ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show,’ which was aired in November 2017, Kim Kardashian confirmed the sex of the baby. In an interview with ‘Entertainment Tonight,’ Kim said that surrogacy was actually more difficult than experiencing pregnancy. She also said that she felt bad for not being able to carry her third baby.
