Cole Galotti began dating Danielle Cohn sometime in mid-2017. They went public with their relationship in July. As they both are popular social media influencers, their relationship garnered much attention. However, only hours after the announcements, rumours started to circulate that Galotti was cheating on Cohn with a girl named Kay McDonald. Galotti categorically refuted the claim, stating that while there had been something going on between him and McDonald, it had ended before his relationship with Cohn started. There were also screenshots of his conversations with McDonald that were being shared on the internet but they later turned out to be Photoshopped. From 23 July to 26 July 2017, he posted a series of Tweets trying to explain to his fans that he did not cheat on Cohn.
