Curtis Stone began his career at the Savoy Hotel’s 5-star restaurant. Later, he worked in London at the Café Royal and the Mirabelle. Due to his incredible skills as a chef, he eventually became the head chef at White’s Quo Vadis. He briefly returned to Australia and started the show ‘Surfing the Menu’ with fellow chef Ben O’Donoghue. In the show, they traveled along the Australian coastline, cooking locally grown food. Stone also hosted the first season of the Australian TV show ‘My Restaurant Rules’.
