Elliot Tebele began his career by working for his brother’s wholesale electronics company in Little Ferry, New Jersey after dropping out of college. During this time, he also started posting on Tumblr and made his debut on Instagram in 2011. He gained popularity for his meme-focused content and currently has over 16 million fans, including celebrities like Madonna, Kim Kardashian, and Joe Jonas. His success has led to features in publications such as Cosmopolitan and Business Insider.
In 2015, Tebele co-founded the social media marketing agency Jerry Media with James Ryan Ohliger and Mick Purzycki. The company gained attention for its involvement in the promotion of the failed luxury music festival Fyre Festival. They later co-produced the 2019 Netflix documentary titled “Fyre” which focused on the music festival. Tebele also worked as a producer on the 2017 movie “Frat Star” and as an actor in the 2016 film “Cheerleader.”

Elliot Tebele was born on February 22, 1991, into a Syrian Orthodox Jewish family. He grew up with his four siblings in Gravesend, Brooklyn. He attended York Preparatory School in Manhattan and later enrolled at Hunter College in New York City, but dropped out in his second year.
In 2015, Tebele married popular Instagram star Jessica Anteby. They have a daughter named Colette.
