Matteo Bocelli, the youngest son of renowned singer Andrea Bocelli, is an Italian tenor and musician. Inspired by his father’s talent, Matteo developed a love for music from a young age and began taking piano lessons. In 2015, he started studying music under his father’s guidance, and at the age of 18, he had his first opportunity to perform as a tenor at the Teatro del Silenzio in Tuscany. Career

Matteo Bocelli began his career as a tenor on July 30, 2016, when he made his debut in front of 12 thousand spectators at the Teatro del Silenzio. He performed alongside renowned artists such as Leo Nucci and Sumi Jo, singing arias from operas by Giuseppe Verdi. In the same year, he also performed at the opening night of Celebrity Fight Night in Florence.

In January 2017, Matteo appeared on stage at Palazzo Pitti for ‘Pitti Uomo 91’, where he performed several romanzas. He then had his first performance in the United States on March 30, 2017, participating in the ‘David Foster and Friends’ competition for the Horatio Alger Award in Washington. His singing received high praise from the audience.

During this period, Matteo also had the opportunity to be associated with Guess’ new 2017 fall/winter advertising campaign, working alongside Jennifer Lopez. On September 9, he performed at the Colosseum for the fourth edition of the Celebrity Fight Night Event, alongside artists like Sumi Jo, Aida Garifullina, Elton John, and Steve Tyler. In December 2019, Matteo and Andrea Bocelli performed for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at the Royal Variety Performance. Matteo Bocelli was born on October 8, 1997, in Forte dei Marmi, a Tuscan resort town known for its association with Italian artists and writers. He is the youngest son of Andrea Bocelli and his first wife, Enrica Cenzatti. Matteo has an older brother named Amos, born on February 22, 1995.

Despite losing his vision at the age of 12 due to a football accident, Andrea continued to pursue his passion for music and became an international sensation. Matteo’s parents separated in 2002, but both remained involved in his and his brother’s upbringing. Matteo has a half-sister named Virginia, born to his father and his manager Veronica Betti in 2012. Matteo and his brother lived with their mother, while their father resided in a villa with Betti. Matteo showed musical talent from a young age and began piano lessons early on.
