He graduated from the Bearden High School and later moved to Los Angeles, California, to take up modeling as a profession. Michael Yerger was initially a real-estate agent. However, his main claim to fame has been his stint as a contestant on the CBS show Survivor: Ghost Island in 2018. Ghost Island was the 36th season of the competitive reality show Survivor. He used his strategy despite facing issues on the show. He found two “hidden immunity idols” and was thus saved multiple times, in spite of being at the bottom. His co-contestants thus viewed him as a threat, which eventually led to his elimination. Michael was the youngest contestant on Survivor: Ghost Island. He also received 15 votes, the highest number of votes in Ghost Island.
