CareerMinx set up her YouTube channel on November 27, 2011. The first video, titled ‘Welcome to My New Channel’, was uploaded a day later. She had other channels before TheRPGMinx but she either deleted them or stopped uploading content there. As she was one of the few women “Let’s play’ YouTubers back then, her videos attracted a large audience due to her unique perspective. Over the years, she has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the YouTube gaming community, including PewDiePie, SeaNanners, CinnamonToastKen ChilledChaos, Dlive22891, and Ohmwrecker. Minx often makes videos on games, such as ‘Prop Hunt’, ‘Hide & Seek’, ‘Trouble in Terrorist Town’, ‘Hunger Games’, ‘Stalker’, and ‘Murder’.

Michelle Smith was born on October 1, 1983, in England, the United Kingdom. Little is known about her family, early life, or schooling. She had maintained her identity a secret for a long time because of personal reasons. However, in a video uploaded on April 1, 2017, she finally revealed her face.
Minx met Krism in 2012. Krism is an animator and also runs a YouTube gaming channel (KrismPro), which she set up on June 8, 2012. The couple became engaged on December 28, 2013, and were married in February 2015. She posted a vlog on her channel on 27 February informing her followers about the wedding. They presently reside together in the UK and have a cockapoo dog named Princess Chocolate Pretzel Nomkin the 1st.
According to Minx, she has struggled with depression all throughout her life. She is quite candid about it and has discussed the issue in several videos. She has also been honest about her past drug use, often commenting on the effects of mushrooms and LSD.
