Seth Rollins, born Colby Daniel Lopez on May 28, 1986, in Buffalo, Iowa, USA, comes from a diverse ancestry of American, German, and Irish descent. His stepfather, who has Mexican-American heritage, contributed his surname Lopez. Seth Rollins chose his ring name as a tribute to Henry Rollins, the former lead singer of the band ‘Black Flag,’ as he is a huge fan of Henry Rollins. During his early days, Colby was an introvert and had a normal childhood before pursuing a career in wrestling. He developed a love for rock music from a young age and graduated from ‘Davenport West High School’ in 2004. He then trained at a wrestling school in Illinois.
